| The western portion of the Veil Nebula (NGC 6960) is located in the constellation of Cygnus at a distance of 2,500 LY. Also known as The Witches Broom, this supernova remnant is estimated to be 15,000years old. The bright star just above center is not associated with NGC 7000. |
