NGC 3628 is one of three members in the Leo Triplett, which also includes M65 and M66.  An edge-on galaxy with a
wide equatorial band of gas and dust with ends distorted into a fan shape, possibly by gravitational influences from its
two neighbors.  It is seen in the constellation of Leo and is estimated to be 35 million LY distant.
